After payment is successful, please share the receipt to sales@smarterhome.my or WhatsApp to 011-1034 2984. Thank you for your cooperation.

IMPORTANT: We will manually verify each payment because this payment method does not link to this ordering system. To avoid any delay in processing your order, please send a copy of the payment slip, amount and order number to sales@smarterhome.my or WhatsApp to 011-1034 2984. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Each transaction will incur additional 4.06% + RM2.08 transaction fee.
• We accept all payment methods supported by PayPal (balance fund and credit cards) in Ringgit Malaysia.
• When completing any transaction, we will redirect you to the PayPal payment page to proceed with payment.
• We only accept payment from the local verified account holder. We will reject payment from non-verified and overseas accounts.
• If your email registered in our shop differs from the PayPal account’s email, we will verify the payment with the PayPal owner before we can process the owner. Failure to verify the payment will cause order cancellation.

• This payment method is only applicable for those who choose “Pickup From Seller” shipping method.
• If you choose this payment method but your shipping method is not “Pickup From Seller”, we will change your payment method to others such as “Bank Transfer” and update you accordingly.
• During meet up, you can pay us on the spot using cash, eWallet QR code or online bank transfer.
