Cancellation of Orders
You cannot amend and cancel all processed and delivered orders. You may, however, arrange for a return or refund after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy.

If the package is still unopened with the seal intact, you are allowed to request for Return and Refund within 14 days after the item is received subject to the item and package condition verify by us. Return and Refund will not be entertained once it passed the stipulated date.

Please submit your return request via the Return form, Contact Form or WhatsApp. You can only return the item after we accept your request.
Please send the item back to us via your prefered courier service that provides tracking information to prevent delay or loss. You shall bear the shipping cost unless the return is due to our fault (e.g. wrong item sent).
