All items imported from overseas are 100% genuine but to claim warranty, you must deal directly with the manufacturer. However I will assist you with the warranty claim such as;
- Direct you to the right channel to claim the warranty.
- Provide any documentation (like proof of purchase) if requested by the manufacturer.
- If you are required to send the item back to the country of origin, please pack the item with proper protection and send it to the given overseas address using courier service at your own cost. Please provide the tracking number so that I can help you to follow-up.
- If the manufacturer doesn’t ship the replacement internationally, please let me know and I will ship it to you for free using my logistic partner.
